OLIVE SQUALANE
Olive Squalane has the ability to help the skin to retain moisture while it heals, protects, nourishes and restores. It is non-greasy and non-clogging. Studies have shown that Squalane Simulates the healing process which is thought to be due to its oxidizing effect. Olive Squalane Boosts the skin's ability to naturally regenerate, nourish, hydrate, oxygenate and protect itself. It is similar in structure to the skin's own squalane composition and because of this it is highly penetrative.
This oil has been referred to as "a face-lift in a bottle" because of its unique ability to reduce wrinkles. Because it is very expensive to produce, most skin cosmetics that contain Squalane use only a very small. We use a high amount of squalane in our serum.

EMU OIL
We use high-quality triple refined, molecularly Distilled Emu Oil. This is a high quality clear Emu oil which is much better quality than regular Emu oil. (the molecular distillation process yields about 65% of the product from regular emu oil. The rest is filtered away, leaving only the pure, clarified product). Emu oil contains the essential fatty acids: Linoleic, Oleic, and Palmitic. This fatty acid composition has a similar consistency to the oil that occurs naturally on our skin, because of this, Emu Oil is highly penetrating and is readily absorbed deep into the skin. Emu oil also has healing properties and is a natural anti-inflammatory. Many of the fatty acids contained within Emu Oil act as building blocks for cellular reactions and are taken up by the cells to help the building of new cells. Because the oil is very quickly absorbed by the skin, when applied, it acts to deliver these building blocks to the cells that need them most and therefore helps with repair, protection and the reduction of fine lines and wrinkles.
Emu Oil has been associated with names like Demi Moore, Goldie Hawn, Angela Lansbury and Melanie Griffith, who supposedly swear by its anti-aging benefits.

ALOE VERA OIL
We use only the rich oil extracted from the Aloe Vera plant (eliminating the water and other liquid substances). The properties of the aloe plant are well known for their soothing, healing and restorative properties. Aloe Vera is said to encourage skin rejuvenation, healing of wounds, reduction of wrinkles and soothing of dry, cracked and burned skin. Aloe vera has more than 200 biologically active agents. Some include polysaccharides, phytosterols, glycerol, vitamins E, B & C and zinc.
Studies show that aloe vera oil improves the skin's ability to hydrate itself, aids in the removal of dead skin cells and has an effective penetrating ability.

VITAMIN E
Vitamin E is a powerful anti-oxidant and skin healing agent. It promotes healing of burns, wrinkle reduction and lightening of age spots. When applied to the skin it protects cells from free-radical damage and reduces dryness. Many studies have shown that vitamin E can help decrease the effects of aging and sun damage. Vitamin E has also been shown to significantly help in the reduction of wrinkle lines.

TANGERINE OIL
Tangerine oil has anti-septic and anti-bacterial properties. This natural astringent cleans the skin, preventing oily build up that can clog the pores.

PROPYLKENE GLYCOL, DIAZOLIDINYL UREA, METHYLPARABEN, PROPYLPARABEN
These three gentle, nonirritating preservatives with anti-microbial activity are use in extremely small amount to prevent growth of bacteria, yeasts and molds which can be harmful to your health.
